Because Velmora is a consumable product, opened or used jars cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unboxing and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
